What We Offer:

Two Commission Structures to Choose From:

  1. Option 1: Commission starts at 30%
  2. Option 2: A safety net for the first 3 months with commission starting at 20%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide international clients through the home-buying process.
  • Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person).
  • Negotiate deals & coordinate legal formalities.
  • Stay informed on the Costa Blanca real estate market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales.
  • Fluent in Dutch/Belgian & English (Additional languages are a plus!).
  • Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.
  • Office presence required 2-3 days per week.
