Formación

• Minimum 1 year in real estate, preferably new builds.
• Fluent in Dutch/Belgian/French & English.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle required.

For our office in Costa Blanca, we are searching for experienced Flemish-speaking real estate agents to join our team!

We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.

Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best : serving our clients.

What We Offer

• Dedicated Company Phone Line – Free unlimited calls for client communication.
• Two Commission Structures To Choose From
• Option 1 : Commission starts at 30%
• Option 2 : A safety net for the first 3 months with commission starting at 20%

Key Responsibilities

• Guide international clients through the home-buying process.
• Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person).
• Stay informed on the Costa Blanca real estate market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales.
• Fluent in Dutch / Belgian / French & English (additional languages are a plus).
• Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.
• Office presence preferred 2-3 days per week.
