Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new builds.
  • Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region is essential.
  • Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required.

Developments.es and NewBuildProperties.com are seeking experienced Flemish-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team in Costa Blanca .

We are a Danish-owned company, trusted for our transparency and client-focused approach.

Over the past 8years, we’ve built a team of 50+ professionals along the Costa del Sol and are now expanding in Costa Blanca and Dubai.

This role is ideal for motivated agents with experience in new build property sales who want real earning potential, full back-office support, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

What We Offer

Option 1 : 30% starting commission

  • Option 2 : 20% commission with income safety net during your first 3 months

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process
  • Conduct virtual and in-person property tours
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners
  • Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred)
  • Fluent in Dutch, Flemish, or French , with strong English communication
  • Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region
  • Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2–3 days per week
