Overview

BOROLEO is hiring for a Flemish Remote Customer Service role. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, with 100% remote work (or hybrid if based in Madrid).

Responsibilities

Your mission is to assist Belgian clients, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound calls and emails (in Flemish)
• Book repairs and handle claims/complaints
• Provide top-notch customer service and support

Qualifications

• Fluent in Flemish, English, and French
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
