Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Malaga. As a key point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients, you will oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty from onboarding through retention. Your role is pivotal in driving long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer lifecycle process, including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Act as the primary contact for Flemish-speaking clients, providing tailored support and addressing inquiries or issues.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Product) to align on customer needs and provide seamless solutions.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and services.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Flemish and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
