Formación

  • Formación profesional media o similar.

Job Description:

At Goodyear Iberia, we want to expand our team, specifically looking for a person eager to grow with us within the Total Mobility department as a Fleet Services Technician.

Primary Purpose of the Position:

Goodyear Total Mobility: Support, coordinate, and communicate with our quality service providers for contracted fleets. Responsible for reporting mileage analysis, approving service provider work, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Main duties include:

  • Tire management: control, monitor, and ensure proper tire use, including reuse where relevant.
  • Establish guidelines and policies to optimize mileage performance.
  • Work with service providers to ensure high-quality service through effective communication and technological tools.
  • Coordinate with fleet contacts to deliver quality service.
  • Audit, control, and analyze tire maintenance services.
  • Register and promote tire recycling and retreading via e-Casing application.
  • Encourage the use and training of mobility solutions, analyzing data to optimize profitability.
  • Proactively use reporting tools to review services and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Medium vocational training or similar.
  • Experience in post-sale service for truck and fleet tires (preferred).
  • Knowledge of tire transport industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferably advanced), internet, and apps.
  • Remote position based in Northern Portugal, with 70% travel availability.
  • Flexibility, strong communication, analytical skills, and agility.
  • English language skills highly valued.
