Job Description:

At Goodyear Iberia, we want to expand our team, specifically looking for a person eager to grow with us within the Total Mobility department as a Fleet Services Technician.

Primary Purpose of the Position: Goodyear Total Mobility: Support, coordinate, and communicate quality service provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for contracted fleets. Responsible for reporting mileage analysis and approving Service Providers' work, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and monitor tire usage, promoting reuse where relevant.
  • Establish guidelines and policies to optimize mileage performance.
  • Collaborate with Service Providers to ensure high-quality service through effective communication and technological tools.
  • Coordinate with fleet contacts to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Audit, control, and analyze tire maintenance services.
  • Register and promote tire shipment and recycling via e-Casing application.
  • Encourage the use and training of mobility solutions, analyze data to optimize profitability.
  • Proactively use reporting tools to develop service improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Medium vocational training or similar.
  • Experience in post-sale service for truck and fleet tires (preferred).
  • Knowledge of tire transport industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; internet and apps usage.
  • Remote work based in northern Portugal, with 70% travel availability.
  • Flexibility, communication, analytical skills, and agility.
  • English language skills are highly valued.
