Job Description:

At Goodyear Iberia, we are looking to expand our team within the Total Mobility department as a Fleet Services Technician. The primary purpose of this position is to support and coordinate quality services provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for contracted fleets, focusing on mileage analysis, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Responsibilities include tire management, establishing service policies, working with service providers to ensure quality, coordinating with fleet contacts, auditing and monitoring tire services, promoting recycling and retreading, and analyzing data to optimize profitability. The role requires proactive use of reporting tools and development of service improvement plans.

Requirements include medium-grade vocational training or equivalent, experience in post-sale service for truck and fleet tires (preferred), industry knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, internet applications, and mobility solutions. The position is remote, based in northern Portugal, with 70% travel availability. Skills needed are flexibility, communication, analytical thinking, and agility. English language skills are highly valued.
