Formación

Job Description:

At Goodyear Iberia, we want to expand our team. We are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Total Mobility department as a Fleet Services Technician.

Primary Purpose of the Position:
Goodyear Total Mobility: Communicate, support, and coordinate our quality service provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for Goodyear contracted fleets. Reporting on mileage analysis and approving the work of Service Providers, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Tire management: control, monitor, and ensure correct tire usage, including reuse where relevant.
  • Establishing guidelines and policies to optimize mileage performance.
  • Working with Service Providers to ensure high-quality service through effective communication, improvement plans, and technological tools.
  • Coordinating with fleet contacts to provide quality service.
  • Auditing, controlling, monitoring, and analyzing tire maintenance services.
  • Registering and promoting shipment registration and monitoring of demounted tires for recycling and retread via e-Casing.
  • Promoting and training on mobility solutions, analyzing data to optimize profitability.
  • Proactively using reporting tools to develop service improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Medium vocational training or similar.
  • Post-Sale Service experience for truck and fleet tires (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of tire transport industry (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferably advanced), Internet, and Apps.
  • Remote position based in North Portugal, with 70% travel availability.
  • Flexibility, communication, analytical skills, and an agile approach.
  • Languages: English highly valued.
