Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Fleet Agent to support fleet operations and deliver exceptional service in a busy rental environment. The role involves inspecting, servicing, and maintaining the fleet to ensure vehicles are rent-ready and compliant with safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Fleet Manager and external service providers to handle repairs, paperwork, and fleet records, while supporting reservations, returns, and vehicle movements to maximize availability and

Formación

Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.
Good communication skills for coordinating with teams and vendors.
Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow driving standards.

Responsabilidades

Inspect, service, and clean the fleet to ensure rent-ready status.
Ensure vehicles are road-legal and compliant with safety standards.
Identify and report damages or maintenance issues, coordinate repairs.
Manage inventory, paperwork, and accurate fleet records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for repairs and returns.
Help manage daily fleet logistics including reservations, returns, and movements.
Maintain vehicle availability and deliver exceptional customer service.
