Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Station Fleet Agent to support daily fleet operations and deliver exceptional service at the Alicante station. You will inspect, service, and prepare vehicles for rental while coordinating with the Fleet Manager to maintain availability and ensure fleet records are accurate.

The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, and safe vehicle handling in a fast-paced rental environment.

Formación

• Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational checklists.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external vendors.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and resolving them with the team.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow company driving standards.
• Experience in fleet management, automotive, or logistics environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily inspection, servicing, and cleaning of the vehicle fleet to ensure readiness for rent.
• Ensure vehicles are road-legal and compliant with safety standards.
• Identify and report damage or maintenance issues; coordinate with fleet team for resolution.
• Support Station Fleet Manager in reviewing inventory, paperwork, and records.
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers for timely repairs and returns.
• Help manage daily fleet logistics including reservations, returns, and movements.
• Maintain vehicle availability to ensure smooth customer delivery and collection.
