Are you a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with a passion for the golf industry? Do you thrive on building relationships and closing deals? If so, this exciting opportunity is for you!We are seeking a driven and experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Executive to join our team, covering Spain and Portugal. Based in the beautiful La Manga Club area, you will be instrumental in developing and expanding our fleet sales program.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and target potential fleet clients, primarily golf resorts, across Spain and Portugal.
  • Generate strong leads through CRM data mining, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Craft and present complex RFPs (Requests for Proposals) tailored to specific client needs.
  • Manage sales forecasts, track progress, and achieve targets using our in-house CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at golf resorts and other commercial entities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market analysis.
  • Travel throughout Spain and Portugal as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (essential).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the golf or related industry.
  • Experience in developing and presenting complex RFPs.
  • Proficient in managing sales forecasts and targets using a CRM system.
  • Expert user of Google Documents and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of the golf sector and its specific needs.
  • Experience with fleet financing is a significant advantage.
  • Must be a self-starter, capable of generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Must be prepared to travel extensively throughout Spain and Portugal.
  • Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle.
Compensation:
  • Full-time position with a competitive basic salary and an excellent, uncapped commission structure.
Location:
La Manga Club Area, covering Spain & Portugal.
