EspaisRoca seeks a dynamic Venue Manager to lead Capítulo, a flagship pre-opening wine bar inside Casa Roca in Palma. You will drive daily operations, staff onboarding, wine storytelling, and guest experiences across morning to late-evening service.

You will manage P&L, supplier relations, and growth of the in-house masterclass program, Tasting Palma, while serving as the on-floor face of the venue.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience running a high-volume, premium wine bar, café, or tapas restaurant.
• Ability to manage front-of-house flow and a light-meal kitchen operation.
• Empathetic leadership to retain staff and build a positive culture.
• Strong P&L management and vendor relationships.
• Fluency in Mallorquín, Spanish and English (German bonus).

Responsabilités

• Hire, onboard, train, and inspire a diverse team including FOH café staff and BOH kitchen assistants.
• Oversee a seamless 7-day-a-week operation (08:00 to 23:00) delivering energy and flawless service from first espresso to final glass.
• Take full P&L responsibility, managing ordering, stock control, and vendor relationships under the Hotel General Manager.
• Be the ultimate host on the floor, sharing stories about local wines and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Grow with us as the venue expands to oversee the in-house gourmet masterclass program, Tasting Palma.
