Formación

• Degree in Law and completion of Bar exam required.
• Experience or interest in international labour law preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team.

Our Legal Team is looking for a motivated Legal Counsel for a minimum of 6 months to join our f ully remote Legal Team . This role primarily requires an interest and some experience in international labour law. The successful candidate will e ngage with diverse legal issues, contribute to team objectives, and develop specialized skills in a dynamic and innovative setting . An interest and / or some initial experience in GDPR is considered a plus.

What you will be doing as a Legal Counsel

• Supporting our Operation Team with all questions during the lifecycle of our employees in various jurisdictions (from revising and amending employment agreements to termination matters)
• Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams;
• Contributing to the work of the Legal Team regarding a variety of legal projects;
• Preparing legal documents and assisting in the coordination of legal advice and strategy.

What we are looking for…

• Law degree and Bar exam;
• Interest in GDPR;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, distributed team;
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, French.
