Formación

• Must hold a law degree and Bar admission.
• Interest in GDPR is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations Team with legal questions during the employment lifecycle.
• Prepare legal documents and coordinate legal advice.
• Contribute to legal projects within the Legal Team.

Our Legal Team is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel for a minimum of 6 months to join our fully remote team. This role primarily requires interest and some experience in international labour law. The successful candidate will engage with diverse legal issues, contribute to team objectives, and develop specialized skills in a dynamic environment. An interest or initial experience in GDPR is a plus.

What you will be doing as a Legal Counsel

• Supporting our Operations Team with legal questions during the employment lifecycle across various jurisdictions (e.g., revising employment agreements, termination matters)
• Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams
• Contributing to legal projects and initiatives within the Legal Team
• Preparing legal documents and coordinating legal advice and strategies

What we are looking for

• Law degree and Bar admission
• Interest in GDPR
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, French
