A private recreational and sports facility in Sóller, Mallorca, is looking for a dedicated sports and fitness instructor to join its team. If you are eager to apply your coaching skills on the island and value a stable schedule, this opportunity provides a permanent contract in the picturesque valley of Sóller.

In this role, your daily focus will be on maintaining a safe, active, and supportive training environment for all members.

Key tasks include:

• Supervising the fitness room floor and ensuring equipment is used properly and safely.
• Delivering 8 hours of directed group fitness sessions each week.
• Instructing energetic indoor cycling classes and dynamic cross-training sessions.
• Leading powerdisc, comprehensive gymnastics, and aquafitness workouts.
• Providing guidance and motivation to gym participants during their workout routines.

To be considered for this position, you must have recognized certifications in physical training along with reliable independent transport to the facility:

• Mandatory sports-related education, including TADAF, CADIF, vocational sports training (Formación Profesional), or certified specialized fitness instruction.
• A valid driving license and your own vehicle, which are strictly required to reach the workplace in Sóller.
• Practical experience or proven competence in guiding directed classes and gym room activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a clear focus on participant safety and enthusiasm.

This position is integrated into the private sports and recreation sector and offers the following conditions:

• Indefinite employment contract (contrato indefinido).
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free.
• A monthly salary of 943.73 EUR.
