Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to lead group classes and 1:1 sessions, helping clients improve posture, core strength, and movement quality.

You will design structured workouts, supervise safe technique, and adapt plans for different mobility levels while maintaining the fixed weekly schedule: Mon 16:30–20:30; Tue–Thu 08:30–12:30; Fri 08:30–12:30 and 15:30–19:30.

Qualifications

• Essential prior experience teaching Pilates classes and personal training.

• Knowledge of English is valued.

A private sports and recreation entity in Palma is currently hiring a Pilates Instructor to lead both group sessions and personal training programs. If you enjoy motivating people and want to contribute your fitness expertise on Mallorca, this role offers a stable position with a fixed weekly schedule.

In this role, you will help clients improve their physical well-being, posture, and core strength through tailored movement instruction. Your main tasks include:

• Preparing and instructing group Pilates classes using functional and contemporary methods.
• Leading individualized one-on-one personal training sessions based on client needs.
• Designing structured workouts adapted to different mobility and fitness levels.
• Ensuring the correct execution and safety of all Pilates exercises throughout each session.

To be considered for this role, you should have a solid foundation in contemporary Pilates instruction. The profile requirements include:

The salary is 823 euros gross per month in accordance with the standard collective bargaining agreement for sports facilities and gyms.
