Job summary

Windsor.ai is hiring its first Product Manager to build the function from the ground up. You will decide what to build, cut the list down from 300+ integrations, and convert customer feedback into actionable priorities.

You will work closely with engineering, use data to guide decisions, and ship meaningful product outcomes in a distributed, mostly-Europe team. You’ve shipped SaaS products, read usage data without analysts, and can explain trade-offs of prioritization.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping a SaaS product customers actually paid for and used more than once.
• Ability to extract insights from usage data (funnel, retention) without reliance on an analyst.
• Skill in narrowing a long backlog to a few high-impact items and explaining trade-offs.
• Strong engineering intuition or close collaboration with engineers to estimate work realistically.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a distributed, mostly-Europe team.

Responsibilities

• Decide what gets built and say no to most ideas, reducing an existing 300+ integrations list.
• Translate customer feedback, usage data, and competitive gaps into a short, actionable backlog.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to sanity-check estimates and timelines.
• Rely on data to guide decisions, even when incomplete, and ship real product outcomes.
