Descripción de la vacante

MVST is seeking a mid-level PM to own and ship AI-driven products. You’ll define the vision, prototype with AI tools, and lead a cross-functional team to delivery without requiring engineers early on.

You’ll work closely with clients, engineers and designers, turning briefs into working concepts quickly, and iterating based on real feedback. Fluent German and English are preferred; remote-first with flexible hours.

Formación

• 3+ years in product management including discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management and delivery.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0) to make something real, not just write emails.
• Builder’s instinct; shipped side projects or prototypes, with or without a formal technical background.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision and strategy and lead a cross-functional delivery team.
• Prototype quickly using AI before design or engineering involvement; show, don’t describe.
• Own stakeholder management and communicate trade-offs clearly, aligning priorities.
