To Be Connected is seeking a first-line support agent for its international Service Desk in Jávea. This role requires multilingual capabilities and strong communication skills to assist customers with their IT needs. Flexible working hours are available, with training provided for those without IT backgrounds.

For our international Service Desk, where the working language within the company is English, we are looking for German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents.

About To Be Connected

To Be Connected is a Dutch family business that has been involved in IT services for retail chains since its establishment in 2007. Our customers contact our Service Desk as soon as the cash register or peripherals are not functioning optimally.

Your task is to help these customers by telephone as quickly as possible.

Specific IT knowledge is not necessary for this role, but it is important that you can communicate easily and correctly.

In principle, it is enough if you know how to use a computer; you will learn the rest during your training period at To Be Connected.

The First-Line Service Desk position

To Be Connected is open 7 days a week, during the hours that our customers' shops are also open. The position is intended for candidates who want to work between 32-40 hours per week.

You will work 8-hour shifts within the To Be Connected schedule. The shifts vary per week, and a workday has three different shifts that you can be assigned to.

You will work together with your other first-line colleagues from our new office, located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
