For our international Service Desk, where the working language within the company is English, we are looking for German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents.

About To Be Connected

To Be Connected is a Dutch family business that has been involved in IT services for retail chains since 2007. Our customers contact our Service Desk as soon as the cash register or peripherals are not functioning optimally.

Your Role

You will help these customers by telephone as quickly as possible. Specific IT knowledge is not necessary for this role, but it is important that you can communicate easily and correctly. It is sufficient if you know how to use a computer; you will learn the rest during your training period at To Be Connected.

Work Schedule

The First-Line Service Desk position at To Be Connected is open 7 days a week, during hours when our customers' shops are also open. The position is for candidates who want to work between 32-40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts within the To Be Connected schedule. Shifts vary weekly, with three different shifts per day that you may be assigned to. You will work alongside your other first-line colleagues from our new office, located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
