We are seeking German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents for our international Service Desk, where the working language is English.
About To Be Connected
To Be Connected is a Dutch family business involved in IT services for retail chains since 2007. Our customers contact our Service Desk when their cash registers or peripherals are not functioning properly.
Your role is to assist these customers over the phone as quickly as possible.
Specific IT knowledge is not required, but good communication skills are essential.
Basic computer skills are sufficient to start; further training will be provided during your onboarding.

The First-Line Service Desk Position
Our Service Desk operates 7 days a week during the hours when our customers' shops are open.
This position is for candidates interested in working between 32-40 hours per week.
You will work 8-hour shifts within our schedule, with shifts varying weekly. Each day has three different shifts you may be assigned to.
You will work alongside your colleagues from our new office located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
