Job summary

Mallorca Construction on Mallorca is seeking an experienced First-Class Bricklayer and Stonemason (Oficial de Primera) to perform construction and masonry tasks across projects in Alcúdia and Andratx. You will lead practical site execution and oversee core building tasks on the ground.

Requirements include 12+ months in masonry or stonework, strong bricklaying and setting-out skills, and a practical, hands-on approach.

• 12+ months of proven professional experience in masonry or stonework.
• Solid craftsmanship in bricklaying, finishing, and setting out architectural lines.
• No formal educational degree is required; practical trade experience counts.
• Responsible, organized, and reliable teamwork and physical site work.

Are you an experienced tradesperson in building and masonry looking for long-term stability on Mallorca? A construction company is looking for a qualified First-Class Bricklayer and Stonemason (Oficial de Primera) to carry out construction and masonry works across projects based in Alcúdia and Andratx. In this position, you will take on core building tasks and help lead practical site execution on the ground.

Your primary responsibilities on site include:

• Constructing and raising structural and decorative walls, vaults, and partitions
• Laying ceramic tiles, wall coverings, and executing fine masonry finishes
• Carrying out formwork and reinforcement or rebar work as required
• Marking out measurements, levels, alignments, plumb lines, and openings for doors and windows accurately across the site
• Directing and coordinating the daily tasks of second-class workers, assistants, and laborers working alongside you

To be considered for this role, you should bring:

• At least 12 months of proven professional experience in masonry or stonework
• Solid craftsmanship in bricklaying, finishing, and setting out architectural lines
• No formal educational degree is required; your practical trade experience and skill on the building site are what count
• A responsible, organized, and reliable approach to teamwork and physical site work
