Job summary

Confidential employer is seeking two skilled first-class bricklayers and masons to join the Mallorca team on site in Llucmajor. The role covers a wide range of masonry tasks on high-quality residential projects, with a permanent, indefinite contract and a full-time schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Applicants need at least 3 years of professional experience as a bricklayer or mason, and must demonstrate strong independence and craftsmanship across concrete, tiling and roofing.

Are you an experienced craftsman looking for stable employment in Mallorca? A local construction company is currently seeking two skilled first-class bricklayers and stonemasons to join its team on site in Llucmajor. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your craftsmanship to high-quality residential construction projects across the island, working on an indefinite, full-time contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of structural and finishing masonry works on residential properties. Your daily tasks will include laying screeds and floor slabs, tiling and grouting, roughcasting and fine wall plastering, and fitting door and window frames. You will also handle structural formwork, constructing different floors and storeys of buildings, roofing works, setting structural beams, installing curved vaulted bricks (bovedillas), and pouring concrete. From foundational work through to final finishes, you will ensure durable and precise execution.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 36 months (3 years) of documented professional experience as a first-class bricklayer or mason. You possess thorough technical expertise in conventional building methods, concrete work, tiling, and roofing. You are dependable, capable of working independently on building sites, and take pride in executing clean, accurate masonry to high standards.
