Job summary

Mallorca Construction on Mallorca is seeking an experienced First-Class Bricklayer and Stonemason (Oficial de Primera) to perform construction and masonry tasks across projects in Alcúdia and Andratx. You will lead practical site execution and oversee core building tasks on the ground.

Requirements include 12+ months in masonry or stonework, strong bricklaying and setting-out skills, and a practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of proven professional experience in masonry or stonework.
• Solid craftsmanship in bricklaying, finishing, and setting out architectural lines.
• No formal educational degree is required; practical trade experience counts.
• Responsible, organized, and reliable teamwork and physical site work.

Responsibilities

• Construct and raise structural and decorative walls, vaults, and partitions.
• Lay ceramic tiles, wall coverings, and execute fine masonry finishes.
• Carry out formwork and reinforcement or rebar work as required.
• Mark out measurements, levels, alignments, plumb lines, and openings for doors and windows.
• Direct and coordinate daily tasks of workers and laborers on site.
