First-Class Bricklayer in Mallorca will join a local construction and development company in Inca. This full-time role offers a permanent contract from day one and stable hours on the island.

You will perform masonry and civil works, read technical blueprints, mix mortar, lay curbstones, and maintain high finishes with autonomy on site. Strong reliability and self-management are essential to deliver quality results across urbanization projects.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of verifiable experience as a bricklayer or mason, ideally in civil works or urbanization projects.
• Ability to understand and execute technical instructions independently.
• Professional responsibility, autonomy on the job, and attention to detail regarding clean finishes.
• Solid work ethic and reliability on site.

Responsibilities

Benefits and Conditions

You will receive a permanent contract from the start, providing you with long-term security. The role is full-time with a continuous schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 08:00 to 16:00, leaving your late afternoons and weekends free. The gross annual salary is €26,067.47.
