Job summary

Moonfire in Spain is seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI automation solutions across the business. You will create and optimize prompts and AI agents, test new models, and integrate AI workflows with internal systems to automate processes in Operations, Sales, Support, and Compliance.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across teams to deliver practical AI solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience working with AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building AI automations, AI agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to independently identify business processes that can be automated and turn ideas into working AI solutions.
• Experience with APIs, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code tools is a strong plus.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Languages: English, Russian.

• Develop and implement AI automation solutions for real business processes.
• Create and optimize prompts, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions for specific business needs.
• Test new AI models and tools and quickly identify where they can be used effectively.
• Identify processes that can be automated and turn ideas into working solutions.
• Integrate AI tools with internal systems, services, and existing workflows.
• Automate routine processes across Operations, Sales, Support, Compliance, and other teams.
• Build prototypes, test them in practice, and turn successful solutions into fully working processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI developments and introduce tools that can bring real value to the business.
