Your Role:

As an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist, you will support bike dealers and end consumers with technical expertise. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and service hotline support to bike dealers.
• Assisting end consumers with technical inquiries, product support, and spare parts.
• Troubleshooting technical and software issues with a positive attitude.
• Making warranty decisions in line with company policies.
• Documenting calls and cases in our CRM system.
• Building strong customer relationships through memorable interactions.
