You will be part of the GPM Finance & Performance team for Onsite Solutions, reporting directly to the Finance & Performance Manager. In this role, you will lead a distributed team of Project Controllers and Project Administrators, ensuring the consistent implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures aligned with Business Area Center governance. You will also drive improvements to streamline the project-to-invoice processes.

This involves leading and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. It includes ensuring strong adherence to processes and systems to deliver high-quality results efficiently, while promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility within the team.

Primary tasks of this role:
  • Lead financial reviews and controls for projects and portfolios, focusing on high-impact projects to minimize WIP and optimize timely revenue recognition.
  • Oversee the full Project-to-Invoice process, including supporting project administration with invoicing, corrections, and credit notes.
  • Conduct regular financial assessments, including weekly transaction reviews, monthly project controls, risk assessments, and accrual management.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standardized processes and procedures in line with global standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Controllers, and support teams to resolve financial issues and enhance commercial awareness.
  • Support optimization of working capital by minimizing WIP and accelerating accounts receivable collection.
  • Prepare data and documentation for internal and external audits, and review project opportunities and lost bids to drive financial performance improvements.
