Hardware and software products are increasingly subject to successful cyberattacks, leading to an estimated global annual cost of cybercrime of €5.5 trillion by 2021. Such products suffer from two major problems : a low level of cybersecurity, reflected by widespread vulnerabilities and inconsistent provision of security updates, and an insufficient understanding and access to operational information by users. To improve the aforementioned products, cybersecurity should be addressed during product development, assessed prior to product launching and monitored and patched during operation

We are seeking a Financial Manager with strategic vision and analytical skills to join our team. You will lead the company's financial management, ensuring economic health and contributing to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Planning & Analysis : Develop budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making. Create multi-year business plans.

Management Control : Supervise financial statements, cash flows, and compliance with economic objectives.

Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Reporting : Prepare periodic reports for senior management and the board.

Grant Management : Support in justifying and managing subsidies.

Billing : Oversee purchasing and sales invoicing processes.

Requirements

Education : Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Finance Master’s) preferred.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in similar roles (financial management, business planning, funding, grants, reporting).

Technical Skills : Advanced Excel.

Accounting standards (PGC) and tax regulations.

Ratio analysis and KPI metrics.

Key Skills : Strategic thinking, leadership, clear communication, results-oriented mindset.

Languages : Advanced English proficiency.
