We are seeking a Financial Manager with strategic vision and analytical skills to join our team. You will lead the company's financial management, ensuring economic health and contributing to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Planning & Analysis : Develop budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making. Create multi-year business plans.
  • Management Control : Supervise financial statements, cash flows, and compliance with economic objectives.
  • Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Reporting : Prepare periodic reports for senior management and the board.
  • Grant Management : Support in justifying and managing subsidies.
  • Billing : Oversee purchasing and sales invoicing processes.

Requirements :

  • Education : Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Finance Master’s) preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in similar roles (financial management, business planning, funding, grants, reporting).
  • Technical Skills :
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Accounting standards (PGC) and tax regulations.
  • Ratio analysis and KPI metrics.
  • Key Skills : Strategic thinking, leadership, clear communication, results-oriented mindset.
  • Languages : Advanced English proficiency.
