Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Financial Execution Specialist to support international trade operations in a fast-paced global environment. The role focuses on trade finance, LC management, and coordinating with banks to ensure accurate documentation and compliant execution.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with international trade documentation, payment processes, and Bills of Lading, along with fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in trade finance and LC handling.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, UCP rules, and Incoterms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute trade finance transactions including Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Review, structure, amend, and process LCs per banking and international trade requirements.
• Monitor payment flows and support financial execution of international trade transactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
• Review and validate shipping and logistics documentation including Bills of Lading (B/L).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and banking partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade finance activities.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Execution Specialist to support international trade operations within a global and fast-paced business environment. This position is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in trade finance, Letters of Credit (LCs), banking coordination, international trade documentation, and transaction execution .

Location

Barcelona area (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Review, structure, amend, and process LCs in line with banking and international trade requirements.
• Monitor payment flows and support the financial execution of international trade transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
• Review and validate shipping and logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and banking partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade finance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Trade Finance with solid knowledge of Letters of Credit.
• Strong understanding of international trade documentation and payment processes.
• Experience working directly with banks and financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading, UCP rules, and Incoterms.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.
