Overview and Summary

The Business Management Consultant will develop analytical, technical, and client handling skills by supporting the delivery of high-quality client services. The role involves executing projects and assignments accurately and timely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the essential duties include:

  1. Tracking, processing, and analyzing operative, financial, and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality; organizing Dealer visits based on results.
  2. Providing remote and direct support to the Dealer Network within project assignments (e.g., general accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues, reporting).
  3. Presenting regularly at all levels on Business Management and KPI results, and suggesting improvement actions.
  4. Training the Dealer Network on internal software use, data quality improvement, map charts, and assisting in KPI performance analysis.
  5. Developing relationships with clients to respond effectively to requests and inquiries, enhancing client satisfaction.
  6. Ensuring high-quality, accurate data is utilized in projects.
  7. Attending project meetings and presenting status updates to clients or management, clearly communicating project conclusions and results.
  8. Performing other tasks and participating in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications - Education and Experience
  • Major skills required:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent/native Spanish and intermediate to advanced English (B2-C1).
  • Knowledge of Business Management and KPI analysis.
  • Understanding of Finance and Accounting.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical thinking to evaluate dealership performance and manage data.
  • Results-oriented with responsibility for timeliness and standards.
  • Initiative and self-development interest.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Teamwork and cooperation.
  • Order and quality control.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.

Preferred qualifications include experience or knowledge in:

  • Any European language (a plus).
  • European automotive retail network and auto industry.
  • Dealership business models, including accounts, budgets, and operations.
  • SQL programming language.
Location and Benefits

Location: Hybrid work model in Madrid, working from the office 2-3 days/week, with up to 20% travel within the region. Remaining work can be remote.
