Michael Page in Madrid is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional with 2-3 years' experience in financial controlling, reporting or FP&A to join on a long-term temporary basis with permanent potential. You will support month-end closing, analyze P&L by project, assist budgets and forecasts, and prepare group reporting.

The role offers a highly flexible hybrid working model (1-2 days in the office) and a dynamic, international environment in the city centre of Madrid.

Formación

• 2-3 years' experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting or FP&A.
• Experience supporting month-end closing.

Responsabilidades

• Support the month-end closing process for multiple group entities.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations in line with corporate accounting policies.
• Prepare, monitor and analyze profit and loss statements by project, business unit and joint ventures.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the Group headquarters.
• Generate and distribute management reports for Finance, Sales, Marketing and other business functions.
• Support cash management activities and operating cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate on ad hoc financial analysis and business projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, process optimization and automation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business performance.
