InnoIT Consulting in Madrid/Barcelona seeks a Management Controller to steer financial performance within an entrepreneurial environment, with direct exposure to senior management.

You will join a fast-growing Data & AI consultancy, own budgeting and forecasting, deliver actionable insights, and act as a business partner to operations while developing Excel and BI reporting tools. This role offers international exposure, strong career growth, and influence from day one.

Formación

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, audit, or controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactive, able to thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1).

As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Company’s Management, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability)
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions
• Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions
• Deliver actionable insights to top management
• Act as a business partner for operational teams
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial and operational processes

Profile

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
• You already had a first experience in finance, audit, or controlling (2 years minimum)
• You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
• You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• You are comfortable with Excel and curious about BI tools
• You speak English and Spanish fluently (C1)
