Business-oriented position, reporting to the Finance & Operations Director, in a complex environment with 4 businesses: Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, and Numanthia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling, reporting, and business partnering within a dynamic team with short decision-making processes.
- Ensuring the quality, integrity, and timeliness of financial information circulation and reporting (Forecasts & Actuals).
- Leading analysis, understanding, and evaluation of the overall Iberia business performance, providing decision support to Iberia FD and MD.
- Acting as a business partner and liaison with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales), offering financial support, training, and innovation.
- Supporting the Revenue Management Team in developing pricing strategies.
- Managing a team consisting of a VIE and an intern (shared with Supply Planner).
- Contributing to local, European, and MH-level projects.
- Monitoring MOP and KPIs for Spain & Portugal, leading business analysis to support decision-making for Iberia.
- Managing the forecasting process (Budget, Last Estimate, R&O) for Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar with the Regional management team.
- Overseeing internal and external reporting (MOP, P&L, A&P, OVH), ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Providing business partnering with sales and revenue management teams, enhancing value through analysis such as monthly pricing, price list management, P&L by customer/channel, and sell-out analysis.
- Delivering 'Finance for non-finance' training sessions.
- Facilitating communication with Marketing and HR to monitor Overheads and A&P expenses monthly.
- Driving continuous improvement in the control environment, focusing on simplification, reliability, and efficiency to foster an analytical culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in a similar role with strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, and decision-making tools.
