Job summary

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Tres Cantos is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team and support the site's financial performance. The role blends financial analysis with business partnering, working with operations and international stakeholders to drive cost control and forecasting.

The successful candidate will contribute to planning, costing and reporting processes while gaining a broad understanding of the manufacturing environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, controlling, FP&A or accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity to understand business drivers.
• Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor costs, budgets and key financial KPIs.
• Analyze business performance and explain variances.
• Support product costing and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and factory functions to provide financial insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost awareness initiatives.
• Work with SAP and other digital tools to support financial processes.
