Due to ongoing growth, Juniper Group seeks an experienced Financial Controller with strong accounting and financial expertise, particularly in buy-side or sell-side transactions, to support acquisition activities across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading software acquirer.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise, consolidate, and manage the financial and administrative control of all Juniper Group companies.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  3. Review and analyze reports from different business units for consolidation.
  4. Support internal and external audits requested by the parent company.
  5. Automate processes to reduce reporting time and enhance analysis capabilities.
  6. Assist in preparing quarterly budgets and tracking variances.
  7. Analyze expenses and revenues to identify improvements for revenue growth and cost reduction.
  8. Train and support personnel within Juniper Group, including newly acquired companies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar financial role.
  • Native Spanish speaker and/or fluency in financial Spanish.
  • Knowledge of German (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Quick learner of specialized financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proactive with a capacity to propose improvements.
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Ability to produce financial and control reports in English.
