Formación

What are we looking for?

The challenge!

1. Review and analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
2. Prepare individual and consolidated annual financial statements.
3. Oversee the accounting information and maintain the integrity of financial data.
4. Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit processes.
5. Prepare internal financial reports and presentations for management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.

What do you need?

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and IFRS standards.
3. Experience with BPC system will be a plus.
4. Experience working with Argentine companies is a plus.
5. Action-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
6. Must enjoy working in a global organization and fast changing environment. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Highly structured, organized, driven by excellence and has a sense of responsibility.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Driving continuous improvement and innovation.
10. Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
11. Ability to work proactively, strong team-working skills with ability to work independently.
12. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
13. Availability to travel.
