Jobtailor in Spain seeks a senior finance professional to manage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end-to-end responsibility. You will lead cross-functional teams and guide strategic decisions with business leaders. You will perform complex financial analyses and forecast results to identify improvement opportunities.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in financial management or related fields, with GAAP knowledge and potential CPA/CFA assets. This position is based in Catalunya, Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in business/finance or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, or accounting.
• CPA and CFA could be assets.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with data analysis and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end to end responsibilities.
• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty).
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) could be an asset
