Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their finance career in a hybrid position covering Accounts Payable and Finance Reporting. You will work closely with both the Finance Reporting Team and the Accounts Payable Team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth and timely completion of month-end and periodic tasks, supporting submissions to regulatory bodies, and assisting the finance consolidation team. Additionally, you will handle various Accounts Payable tasks such as supplier reconciliations and issuing payments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and support all month-end processes, ensuring accurate posting of journals, accruals, pre-payments, and revenue items.
  • Complete monthly Client & Supplier override reporting, ensuring corresponding invoices are raised and shared with relevant teams.
  • Support and act as the first point of escalation for all internal and external financial queries, responding promptly.
  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance team members across the business.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and posting in SAP of supplier invoices against internal reservation system records, including dispute resolution.
  • Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments on time.
  • Serve as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring close interaction with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Participate in monthly closing tasks related to Accounts Payable and control risks associated with open and not invoiced bookings.
