Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity for someone looking to advance their finance career in a hybrid position covering Accounts Payable and Finance Reporting. You will collaborate with both the Finance Reporting and Accounts Payable teams to ensure the timely completion of month-end and periodic tasks, support submissions to regulatory bodies, and assist with Accounts Payable duties, including supplier reconciliations and payments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting all month-end processes, including journals, accruals, pre-payments, and revenue postings.
  • Managing monthly client and supplier override reporting, ensuring invoices are raised and shared appropriately.
  • Handling internal and external financial queries promptly.
  • Collaborating with finance and non-finance teams across the business.
  • Maintaining supplier invoice reconciliation and posting in SAP, resolving disputes.
  • Managing a clean AP ledger and preparing bi-monthly supplier payments.
  • Acting as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Participating in monthly closing tasks for the AP area and managing risks related to open bookings.
