Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.

What are we looking for?

As a Jr Financial Controller, this position is responsible for analyzing and providing all the financial information (Sales, costs, expenses, etc.) related to the CHC BU to support the organization and control the accounting and reporting for the results. Embrace a proactive culture focused on improving the financial performance of the Consumer Healthcare BU.

The challenge!

1. Collaboration and preparation of monthly financial reporting.
2. Review and analysis of monthly analytical close: Profit and Loss (P&L), headcount, Capex, cash flow, and balance sheet.
3. Analysis of deviations in sales, margins, prices, and results compared to the budget and the previous year.
4. Elaboration of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
5. Development and enhancement of reports in Power BI for effective data visualization.
6. Preparation and monitoring of expense provisions.
7. Creation of dashboards to support management in strategic decision-making.
8. Implementation of improvements and creation of new Power BI indicators (PBIs) to optimize data analysis.
9. Collaboration on team tasks, providing innovative and high-quality solutions.
10. Assistance in financial processes, including payments, review of purchase orders (POs), and invoices.
11. Assist in preparing and updating presentations providing business advice to the BU.

What do you need?

• Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles.
• Specific Knowledge: Analytical skills with SAP, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI).
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
