Appodeal is an end-to-end solution that empowers mobile app growth and profitability. We equip mobile businesses with the tools and insights they need to thrive in a competitive market. As we scale, we're looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to join our Financial team and play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the analysis of complex financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports;
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast company and product performance;
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess business cases using financial and operational data;
• Deliver insights on economic trends, competitor performance, and market movements to guide strategic decisions;
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports to share financial insights with stakeholders;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment on key financial metrics and goals;
• Implement and monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and proactively recommend solutions;
• Manage and develop a small team of 2-3 analysts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consulting (Big 4), Investment Banking, or similar analytical roles;
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
• CFA or related certification is a strong advantage;
• Solid understanding of accounting, valuation, and budgeting principles;
• Strong communication and storytelling skills - you can translate data into meaningful narratives for non-financial audiences;
• Proactive, structured thinker with attention to detail and a bias for action;
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
