A global market research company is looking for an Accountant for a fixed-term contract in Spain. You will manage client invoicing and ensure scalable accounting systems. Proficiency in SAGE and Microsoft Excel is required, along with fluency in English and Spanish. This role offers flexibility with no cap on vacation days.

Your mission as an Accountant Spain - Fixed-term contract (6 months) As an Accountant Spain using SAGE, you will significantly impact our business growth by ensuring our accounting and reporting systems are scalable and support company decision-making.

You will focus on developing and maintaining client invoicing and collaborate closely with our Director of Finance and the Spain Country Manager.

This position is a fixed-term contract expected to last 6 months.

Managing client credit balances to align with company financial records

Preparing VAT (303 / 349 / 390), Withholding Tax (111 / 216 / 190 / 296), and other mandatory reports (232, INE Surveys, Batuz, etc.)

Providing administrative support to maintain office efficiency

Organizing and maintaining documents, records, reports, and certificates, coordinating with HR, Sales, Legal departments to ensure information is up-to-date

You are proficient in software management and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

You are proficient in English and Spanish

A Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus
