Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join the CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Strategy & Consulting. You will work with CFOs and executive teams in Spain and internationally to redefine Finance as a strategic value driver through transformation, operating model redesign, and AI-enabled innovation.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to manage large, complex programs across finance functions and technology domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy/finance transformation advisory or related senior roles.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale finance transformations.
• Experience with operating model redesign and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy and enterprise value engagements focused on performance improvement and growth.
• Advise CFOs and senior leaders on operating models, costs, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Define target finance operating models across governance, processes, data, and technology.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and value realization plans.
• Oversee redesign of core finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controlling.
• Drive finance digital transformation using ERP, EPM, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and AI.
• Assess impact of AI capabilities on Finance and decision making.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior professionals.
• Support business development and proposal creation.
