What We're Looking For:

A Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global finance function. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes, enhancing internal controls, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and supporting SOX compliance. The candidate will also manage cross-functional finance projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the review, design, and implementation of finance processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control across core operational finance areas such as accounting, reporting, revenue, procurement, treasury, and expenses.
  2. Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and system enhancements within the finance function.
  3. Ensure thorough documentation of all finance processes and internal controls, including process maps, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
  4. Support SOX readiness and ongoing compliance, including control design, testing, and remediation tracking.
  5. Manage finance-related projects, including process setup, improvements, and regulatory changes, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
  6. Track KPIs and process performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the design and maintenance of finance dashboards to monitor process KPIs, bottlenecks, and control effectiveness.
  7. Provide training and change management support for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or project management roles. Experience with Big 4 firms is a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C).
  4. Hands-on experience with internal controls (SOX controls preferred), documentation, and compliance processes.
  5. Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
  6. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and finance process tools (e.g., process mapping, workflow automation).
  7. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
