What We're Looking For :

Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global finance function. This role will focus on optimizing finance business processes , enhancing internal controls , ensuring comprehensive documentation , and supporting SOX compliance . The ideal candidate will also play a central role in managing cross-functional finance projects , from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the review, design, and implementation of finance processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and control across areas such as all areas of core operational finance, such as accounting, reporting, revenue, procurement, treasury, expenses etc.

Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and system enhancements within the finance function.

Ensure robust documentation of all finance processes and internal controls, maintaining process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and RACI matrices.

Support SOX readiness and ongoing compliance , including control design, testing support, and remediation tracking.

Manage finance-related projects, including, process set-up and improvements and regulatory changes, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

Track KPIs and process performance metrics to measure success and continuously identify areas for improvement. Contribute to design and maintenance of finance operational dashboards to track process KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and monitor control effectiveness.

Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance project management roles. Experience with big-4 is a plus.

Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C).

Hands-on experience with internal controls (SOX controls is a plus), documentation, and compliance processes.

Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and finance process tools (e.g., process mapping, workflow automation).

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
