Camino Search are partnered with a PE backed technology business and we’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Transformation Director to lead the setup of a scalable, high-performing finance function. You’ll oversee the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP while designing and embedding core finance processes, controls, and structures from scratch. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of a high-growth transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead NetSuite ERP implementation across finance
2. Build the finance function from the ground up: processes, policies, reporting, and team
3. Design and deliver a future-ready finance operating model
4. Collaborate across functions to align systems, data, and controls
5. Oversee chart of accounts, entity setup, and data integrity
6. Drive automation and system integration to improve efficiency
7. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
8. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience setting up finance operations from scratch
2. Multiple full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations
3. Deep knowledge of finance processes and internal controls
4. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
5. Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
6. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth or PE-backed environments
