Accenture España is seeking a Consulting Finance Director to spearhead large-scale Finance Transformation and CFO Advisory programs across multiple industries. Based in Madrid or Barcelona, the role offers a hybrid working model combining remote and in-office collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with CFOs and Finance Directors, shape operating models, drive performance improvements, and lead high-performing teams while expanding Accenture's Finance Transformation capabilities

Qualifications

Experience in managing Finance Transformation programs for large organizations.
Experience working directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior executives.
Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
Proven ability to lead teams and develop consulting talent.
Experience driving new business opportunities and account growth.

Responsibilities

Define and lead Finance Transformation and CFO Advisory engagements for large organizations across industries.
Advise CFOs on operating model transformation, performance management, and governance.
Drive business development activities including opportunity identification, proposals, and client growth.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams while expanding Accenture's capabilities.
